Pesto Pasta


4 Servings




❥ 2 cups of basil 

❥ 2 cloves of garlic

❥ ½ cup of Parmigiano 

❥ ⅓ cup of walnuts 

❥ ½ cup of olive oil

❥ short pasta  

❥ salt & pepper to taste 


❥ basilico 60g

❥ aglio 2 spicchi

❥ parmigiano 45g 

❥ noci 30g

❥ olio di oliva 106g

❥ sale e pepe

❥ pasta corta 


1. Boil a pot of water on the stove for the pasta. In the meantime add basil, garlic, parmigiano, walnuts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend. 

2. Once the water is boiling, salt the water and cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package. Drain pasta and reserve a few tablespoons of pasta water.

3.  Just before mixing the cooked pasta and pesto sauce together, quickly add the pasta water to the food process and blend to get a creamy sauce texture. 

4. Plate and serve. Option to garnish with fresh grated parmigiano.
