Welcome!  I’m a vinyasa yoga teacher and lover of simple, nourishing food.

In my yoga classes, breath and movement flow together to help you explore, connect, and challenge your body, always with room for options to move at your own pace.

Outside of yoga, you can find me shopping for produce and sharing simple, nourishing recipes in person or on social media. This is a space where both worlds meet to: explore mindful movement, share recipes, and celebrate the simple consistent practices that make life beautiful.​
